Cooking in a basket
I live in Fife,Scotland and foung you site by looking for hay box recipes.I very much like the idea for those in Africa who are less fortunate than ourselves. I have recently bought for my wife the Dream pot.this is a very expensive glorified cooking basket. If I had realised from the begining what it was I may not have bought it. We caravan alot and we bought it for that to save fuel. The deed is done though I have to say it works a treat. Will also cosider making a basket cooker. Thanks .
